FetchUs LLC ("FetchUs," "we," "us," or "our") provides dog walking, drop-in visit, and overnight boarding services in the New York and New Jersey metro area. This policy explains what information we collect from clients and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information: your name, phone number, email address, and home address (for walks, drop-ins, and pickup/drop-off).
• Pet information: your dog's name, breed, and any care instructions you provide.
• Mobile number and SMS opt-in: collected when you sign up to receive text updates about your walks.
• Payment details you share directly with us for invoicing (we do not store card numbers; payments are made via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle).

How we use your information

• To schedule and provide dog walking, drop-in, and boarding services.
• To send you text message updates about your walk, including confirmations, walk start, and walk completion alerts.
• To send invoices and handle payment for services.
• To respond to your questions and requests.

SMS / text messaging

By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive automated text messages from FetchUs including walk confirmations, walk start, and walk completion alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with our text messaging platform to deliver walk updates, and with your assigned walker so they can care for your dog.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet basic recordkeeping needs. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing fetchus2022@gmail.com.
