Straightforward rates, no surprises. Reach out if your dog needs something outside these.
Mon–Thu walks before 9am or at 5pm and later: +$5 surcharge.
Friday walks after 5pm: +$10 surcharge.
Weekend (Sat–Sun) walks: +$10 surcharge, limited availability.
Holidays: +$5 per night/walk.
Additional (sibling) pet: +$10 per night.
Pickup/drop-off for appointments or grooming: $15.
Invoices have a 3-day grace period; a $5 surcharge applies for every 3 days late.

FetchUs LLC ("FetchUs," "we," "us," or "our") provides dog walking, drop-in visit, and overnight boarding services in the New York and New Jersey metro area. This policy explains what information we collect from clients and how we use it.
By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive automated text messages from FetchUs including walk confirmations, walk start, and walk completion alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with our text messaging platform to deliver walk updates, and with your assigned walker so they can care for your dog.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet basic recordkeeping needs. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing fetchus2022@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

FetchUs LLC provides dog walking, pet drop-in visits, and overnight boarding services in the NY/NJ metro area, led by Nancy and her hand-picked team of walkers.
Walks and visits are scheduled through the FetchUs app. Once your account is set up, you'll receive a text message confirming each scheduled walk. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive these text updates, as described in our Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms below.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a walk or boarding stay.
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their pet's behavior, health, and care needs before service begins, including any aggression, medical conditions, or special handling required. FetchUs walkers are insured and background-checked, but FetchUs is not responsible for outcomes related to pre-existing conditions or information not disclosed to us in advance.
